Streamlining Our Services (Spacial Audio)

The usual bullshit email from Spacial Audio dropped into my email yesterday. They start off the email by saying news letters will be a quarterly thing rather than a monthly thing. Then they go onto say they've made the support forums a read only resource. (I reckon) They've done this to Scupper my blogging so I cant see customers blowing their stack at Spacial support. This isn't Spacial Audio Streamlining Its Spacial Audio finding even more ways not to SUPPORT users Spacial seem to have ditched most social media but I still see pissed off SAM Broadcaster users posting somehwere every now and then. If I didn't know better I'd say Spacial Audio are struggling for sales of their SAM Broadcaster Pro software. I guess if they're "Streamlining" that means they'll probably have laid off support staff. YET MORE REASONS NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH SPACIAL AUDIO

Turn Your Firewall Off?

Read a Tweet from another user having issues getting support from Spacial Audio They've told this user to switch their Firewall & Security off. My radio station has been off for 3 weeks I contacted Spacial customer service They told me to switch the Firewall and Security off Thats dangerous advice from Spacial Audio the Firewall & Security protects a users computer. As to why their SAM software doesn't play nicely with the Windows Firewall is anyones guess. The CODE of SAM Broadcaster Pro/Studio is Awful at best and still crashes time after time. RadioDJ FREE radio Automation doesn't require the Firewall or Security to be switched off. Spacial Audio Support really do NOT know their Arse from their Elbow

Spacial Audio Fired Us!

Yes its another post about how Lackluster Spacial Audio Support are. I've been watching a thread on Twitter where a user was simply told to go find another service by the Support desk at Spacial. His Crime? Asking Spacial Audio Support for help. We were *trying* to work with @spacial but when we asked them for help @spacial "fired" us! Seriously? If Spacial keep pissing customers off they'll soon have no customers to support. Spacial Audio have recently found another way not to give help. They've made the SAM BROADCASTER forums READ ONLY. Spacial do not help you their website is not working there is no links for tech help Why anyone does business with Spacial Audio is beyond me They LIE, They Cheat and the support desk doesn't help anyone. I really hope they go out of business one day Spacial Audio Solutions LLC are a STAIN on the Internet Radio Community

Why Is It Wrong to Have An Opinion? (Internet Radio Forums)

I keep getting hassle for my views about RadioDJ FREE radio playout software. When will you start to giving independent advice instead of giving the same old opinion everytime someone asks a question about a playout system I'm getting really really TIRED of people spouting BILE at me on forums about my meerest mention of RadioDJ. I suggest RadioDJ as an alternative to other (Badly Coded) automation solutions and there are lots of awful playout solutions. Its NOT my fault paid for radio playout solutions such as SAM Broadcaster Pro don't work as advertised IS IT? NO the fault lies with the often LAZY software developers programming badly coded radio playout software solutions I've paid for software & then found it didn't work and then I've ran into a brick wall when trying to get a refund. Very Upset with Spacial Audio Technical Support

The Spacial Audio support department strike again! I have been a Sam Broadcaster customer for over 15 years I have reinstalled a PC and when I wanted to activate my license it did not allow me I've been writing to Spacial technical support for two day and they won't give me a solution I have my radio station losing thousands of listeners. I don't know what to do anymore It appears the activation system is yet again causing users issues even if they've deactivated before reinstalling Things like this should NEVER happen with radio automation software. A radio DJ needs software to work so they can do their job or hobby It all stems from the fact SAM Broadcaster was pirated a LOT back in the days on 4.x.x versions. When you pay hundreds of $$$ for a piece of software you would at least expect some form of support from the Vendor of that piece of software. Wouldn't YOU? The support department at Spacial Audio are an utter shambles when it comes to how they operate. It transpires Spacial Audio support will only reply to your support ticket if you have a valid licence key or registered email address on their system. I couldn’t receive assistance due to a licence key discrepancy They actually implied I wasn't telling the truth, now they are no longer answering support requests I'm now getting 'this ticket is now closed' replies The SAM Broadcaster Pro activation/registration component never works properly. @spacial My husband's license key is not valid although his account is paid The only way to contact the Help Desk is to have a valid key This isn't the 1st time this happened more than 7 times the key arbitrarily invalidates Because it doesn't require registration keys or online activations! Spacial Audio Has No Record Of My Licence

Just seen another post on the Spacial social media feeds from a user who was having activation problems. The Spacial Audio Support department has now told this user that they cannot find a record of their licence for SAM Broadcaster Pro Now I am told via the Help Desk, Spacial Audio has no record of my licence. Maybe Spacial Audio need a better computer database system to keep customer records better? This is NOT the first time we've heard of someone being told that Spacial had no record of them purchasing software. Been told my license is no longer valid The only way to contact the Help Desk is to have a valid licence If I was this person I'd be telling Spacial Audio Support where to get off.
