Sam Broadcaster Pro EULA Licence
It would appear Spacial Audio want to Dictate what you can and cant do with their software in the SAM Broadcaster Pro EULA Licence
The Software may not be used in a manner that infringes, violates or misappropriates the rights of any third party; in a manner that violates any applicable local, state or national laws; in a manner that violates the privacy of any person or entity, or in a manner that is otherwise illegal or promotes illegal activities, including, without limitation anything that may be considered obscene, libellous, defamatory, or otherwise malicious or harmful to any person or entitySo if you're thinking of using the software to stream an unlicensed station (Pirate Radio) then you may not use SAM Broadcaster Pro
You can only run 1 station per licence with SAM Broadcaster Pro
Which means if you want to have more than 1 station the cost is soon going to start racking up.
Running 3 stations with SAM Broadcaster Pro would cost you 3 x $299 = $897.00 And that's BEFORE you shell out for Licensing, Website hosting and streaming costs.
The Software (Sam Broadcaster Pro) may not be used to transport and stream any terrestrial (AM/FM) radio broadcasts and/or communicationsIf that's the case why does SAM Broadcaster come with PCI Card FM capabilities?
The Software in this EULA is being Licensed to you and not sold.Even if something goes wrong with the software they claim they're not duty bound to help you.
You acknowledge and agree that Your use of the Software is "as-is" and Spacial does not make, and hereby disclaims, any and all other express and implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Spacial shall not be liable for any direct damages to You or to any other third party, whether out of contract or from tort, including loss of data, profits, business interruption, or the use or inability to use the SoftwareParagraphs like that made me cringe, People pay out hundreds of $$$ for a piece of software and they (Spacial Audio Solutions) wash their hands of you (the customer) as soon as they have the money in their bank accounts. Its WRONG!
If You have not tested Spacial's free evaluation version of the Software, please do so before purchasing this license of the Software so that You make sure that the Software is what You want and works correctly with Your system. When You purchase a license for the Software and Your license is registered with Spacial, it is understood that You are satisfied with the Software's features and functionalities. No refunds will be given to You once You have paid for the Software license

Another load of reasons you shouldn't pay Spacial Audio for SAM Broadcaster Pro
Their software terms & conditions are quite frankly laughable.
It appears that Spacial Audio like to revoke peoples SAM Broadcaster Pro licences for no apparent reason.
This company is so vile. One of the worst on the InternetEven when you pay for SAM Broadcaster
They can decide to revoke your licence so thats $299.00 down the drain
