Sam Broadcaster Cloud Outages

It seems that Spacial Audio have been having issues with their SAM Broadcaster Cloud service again.

We are currently experiencing technical problems.
We're investigating and will give an update soon.

Apologies to those inconvenienced.

This is just one of a long line of dropouts/outages with SAM Broadcaster Cloud which is hosted on the Microsoft Azure platform.

@spacial I’ve been down for 8 hours and missed a live broadcast.

DJ's shouldn't miss doing their regular radio shows as it makes the them look bad.

@spacial SAM Cloud has been hanging lately. There was three hours of silence before I caught it. This is not acceptable! Please fix.

@spacial SAM Cloud is down here apologies to all our listeners.

@spacial What in the heck is going on with your cloud servers? It's pulling my station Live Broadcasts....not cool!

How is anyone supposed to run a online radio station or do a live show if the cloud servers keep going down?

Any information on what's currently going on? Our stream has been down since 6pm, your website and app are down too...

The only time you actually see the Spacial Audio marketing department replying to Tweets on Twitter is when something big goes wrong.

Sorry Folks, the stream is down!

Hopefully the good folks @spacial will have this figured out soon!

I don't trust these cloud radio services I don't like the thought of having no control over what happens when the remote servers go down.

Maybe one day they will get their act together and give people a solution that stays online for more than a few days at a time.

I am having this exact issue. It started when I began sending my streams from SAM Broadcaster Pro to SAM Broadcaster Cloud. Frequently when transitioning between songs there is a stutter or skip effect of the song starting to play. It's driving me nuts and making me reconsider using SAM Broadcaster Cloud.

It seems that SAM Broadcaster Cloud isn't worth the monthly/yearly fees.

Stop buying software and services from Spacial Audio them you'll only end up regretting it!
