Not a month goes by without me seeing customers complaining on social media that the Support department haven't replied to their support ticket
It can take Spacial Audio support WEEKS to reply to a user having problems with their SAM Broadcaster Pro software.
It seems from the outside that Spacial Audio are really worried by the amount of $$$ they're losing in sales to other freely available software.
You only have to search this blog to learn just how bad SAM Broadcaster Pro is as a piece of software.
Everyone knows that RadioDJ is the FUTURE of Internet radio automation software.
We know of lots of other SAM Broadcaster Pro users who have switched to RadioDJ and haven't had an issue since they installed it.
GO FIGURE!
Free radio automation software isn't as BAD as Spacial Audio are trying to make out!
The free alternatives work far better than the paid for solutions such as SAM Broadcaster/SAM DJ/SAM Cast
I've used RadioDJ since 2010 and haven't had any issues with stability or reliabilityI HAVEN'T had to pay for any upgrades or new features
Stop telling LIES about free software not being as good Spacial Audio it sounds like a desperate bid to make a sale of your software.
Mind it's not just Spacial Audio, I've also noticed other bloggers trying to make out that RadioDJ is inferior because its free.
I would really love to know what lead them to those conclusions!?
RadioDJ is completely 100% FREE despite what Spacial Audio or anyone else might try and claim in their blog posts.
