Blocking You Blocking Me (Aha!)

I've been into Internet Radio since late 1999 when I tuned into my first Internet Station.

It immediately piqued my interest in Digital Music and Internet Radio.

Fast forward to 2026 and I still try and listen to radio 📻 on the Internet and every so often I come across a half-decent stream that I enjoy.

I recently came across a station named after a Annoyed Insect

I'd been listening to the station throughout the week and on the weekends and I was enjoying the eclectic mix of music.

Even if the audio kept auto ducking and cutting out on the Android app.

I made a comment on one of the stations DJ's Bluesky Profile.

I mentioned a joke they told about Columbia had been told on B3ta some years earlier.

Next thing I knew I had notifications telling me I'd been blocked by several Annoyed Insect DJs

I've since been Trolled by the DJ on social media since and I find their posts unpaletable and unprofessional.

I typed the presenters name into Google and saw this among the results.

The troll aspect refers to their shows edgy comedic style and their

"Odd Sense Of Humour"

An "Odd Sense of Humour" is not a Defence for Trolling people!

The Trollete has also turned out to be quite the artist.

They drew my best side don't you think?

I also noticed the user was on a couple of Block/Spam lists. I can only assume they've acted like a chid towards other users on Social Media.

It appears the DJ was having a Spat with another DJ so it's not just me they targeted with their Bile and Vitriol.

The DJ reminds me of a "Program Controller" on an Oldies station I did shows for in 2002 they were arrogant too

Radio presenters are supposed to be Fun, Upstanding and Professional

The station may have been going for 8 years but it won't last if the DJ's keep abusing Listeners on Social Media

Message to the DJ who has been trolling 🧌 me on Bluesky:

Stop sounding like a Bad Transistor Radio! 📻

They appear to have a huge Chip on their shoulder. I wonder if they need salt and vinegar on it.
