SAM Broadcaster Problems Unique?
Yes that’s what we’ll call the problems with Spacial Audio software UniqueIf you could let us handle customer queries as customer problems are unique
Unique because no one else codes radio playout software that crashes like SAM Broadcaster
I can understand how easy it is to get frustrated with SAM Broadcaster as a program.
I spent years trying to get it to hold up for longer than 3 days at a time. It has NEVER worked as it was designed.
SAM Broadcaster started life in 1999 as a badly designed hobby broadcaster application.
The software still contains the same bugs that were in the program way back in 2002.
All the while Spacial still took money from customers without doing much to fix the glaring BUGS in the software.
Seriously though IF Spacial Audio don’t start sorting the stability issues with SAM they will lose out to other software such as RadioDJ.
RadioDJ doesn’t suffer from any of the crashing/stability issues that SAM Broadcaster Pro seems to suffer from.
Reasons to Use RadioDJ:
- Once installed it's stable and works for days/weeks without needing to keep an eye on it
- Great Music library support add as many categories & subcategories you require
- RadioDJ doesn't require online activations or registration keys
- RadioDJ sounds Professional with the BASS sound engine
- RadioDJ is 100% FREE and has ZERO restrictions on what YOU use it for
- The Database is really stable. Plus RadioDJ comes with a Database Backup Tool
- Easy to manage Playlists, Rotations & Events for all your automation needs
- Great Technical Support should something go wrong with your installation via the Forums
- Customisable Interface with the Color Editor
Once setup RadioDJ doesn't go wrong & Its NEVER crashed while I've been using it for my automation
One user of RadioDJ v1.8.2 had their laptop running RadioDJ for 4 years straight.
STOP buying software from Spacial Audio your only paying them to lurch
from one disastrous version of SAM Broadcaster to another
